All of our teachers teach across all levels of the Danish Language Education.

All of our Danish education teachers either have or are in the process of studying for a bachelor’s degree in languages and a degree in Danish as a second language.

This ensures high quality regardless of which Danish course you join.

In the municipality of Tønder, the UCplus Language Center Tønder has been chosen as an official provider of Danish Language Education from January 2024, but this does not mean that you have to live in Tønder to participate in one of our courses. We have students from all over Jutland. Some live nearby, others work close by, making it a better fit with their work life to attend classes in Tønder.

The classes are planned differently from level to level. A common feature is that we have an extensive focus on pronunciation and the Danish that you need in your everyday life. Both professionally and socially.

We combine classes and online lessons with field trips and events, so you can get to use Danish outside the classroom.

We also offer 100% online lessons on selected courses.

We hold the state-controlled examinations:

• Prøve i Dansk 1 (PD1)
• Prøve i Dansk 2 (PD2)
• Prøve i Dansk 3 (PD3)
• Indfødsretsprøven
• Medborgerskabsprøven
