Choose UCplus if you want to learn Danish through a course that also focuses on your future employment and career prospects. All our courses are labour market oriented, meaning that we equip you with the language skills you need in a typical Danish workplace setting. We teach you not only about the Danish language but also about Danish culture and etiquette. As a student at UCplus, you will also learn how to become a digital citizen in Denmark.
We help prepare you for a future in the Danish labour market. The UCplus Centre for Danish Language Education is a country-wide educational centre with more than 40 years of experience in offering labour market oriented Danish courses for adults. The UCplus Centre for Danish Language Education in Skovlunde was established in response to a demand for bus drivers with good Danish language skills. We have since expanded with additional language centres in Copenhagen, Greve, Farsø and divisions in Aarhus and Sønderjylland (Sønderborg and Esbjerg).
Labour market-oriented Danish courses
We focus on labour market oriented Danish tuition because good language skills and employment lead to successful integration. UCplus has a high student retention rate and many of our students find work upon completion of the programme.
The UCplus Centre for Danish Language Education offers the official ministerial Danish language training programmes 1, 2 and 3. We also offer a number of courses that directly combine Danish tuition with practical work experience. Further information about Danish language training programmes can be found on the website of the Ministry for Gender, Education and Gender Equality here.
UCplus offers daytime and evening classes from Monday to Friday as well as on Saturdays. Distance learning is also possible. Read more about what you can study at each language centre by visiting their individual pages: Skovlunde – Copenhagen – Farsø – Greve.
