Do you want to learn how to make open sandwiches and experiment with vegetarian cooking? Do you fancy a social afternoon of communal dining and games?
Come to a Danish Easter lunch with traditional open sandwiches and fun games! We’ll make vegetarian “smørrebrød” together in groups and taste each other’s creations. We experiment with flavours, textures and decorations – and experience how varied a rye bread meal can be. During the day, we also play some Easter-related games in our teams – and the best team will get a prize! We collect all the dishes we make for an Easter lunch and serve it on a long table, where we have communal dining with drinks (also non-alcoholic).
