Have you gotten into the Christmas spirit yet? Have you tried Danish Christmas traditions like the gift raffle game and dancing around the Christmas tree? Experience Danish Christmas traditions and get into the festive Christmas spirit at this year’s “JULEHYGGE” at UCplus!
The most important game of Christmas is of course the “gift raffle game”, where you play with dice to win presents and steal them from others – so remember to bring presents to the game. We will also teach you some of the easy, classic Danish Christmas songs and how to “dance” around the Christmas tree like a Dane. We will also serve mulled wine (with and without alcohol) and æbleskiver with dips.
Program:
- 16:00 – We will serve æbleskiver and mulled wine (with and without alcohol)
- 16:15 – Welcome and Christmas carols
- 17:00 – Gift raffle game (bring a gift)
- 18:00 – Danish Christmas songs and dancing around the Christmas tree.
- 19:00 – Thank you for today
Bring a gift for the raffle game:
- Minimum 1 gift per person, but more is welcome.
- The gift can be recycled – for example, something you have at home that others will enjoy.
- The gifts must be wrapped.
- Total maximum 30 kr.
